I still haven't received the replacement shirts, but I ordered a medium based on other comments and based on the fact that some RL Polo Classic fit shirts (which are actually trim fit [between regular and very slim] are my preference]. But for these shirts, a medium on me was a snug fit and have chosen to go with a large. I'm 5'10", about 170 lbs., 38R suit, 33" waist.Update 6/22 - I received the Large and those fit better. Once washed, they shrunk just the tiniest bit to fit well at the shoulders.
